I enjoyed the unique combination of flavors in food and cocktails. These were the most delicious baos I've ever tried, and I will be coming back for more. The atmosphere was also cozy and relaxing, so we had a really good time!

The photos look amazing to me and my bf loves drinks so we gave it a try and it was great! The wagyu tataki and gochujang drumette are must try, very flavorful and has a kick to it. The Chicken Confit Nao was good but the Little Mac Bao was meh to me, nothing special. We ordered the Cherry Duck and the flavor was great but it was over cooked, so hard and dry. Chef confirmed and took it off our bill. Drinks were good. Dessert was a great end to our night! Service is great although the food comes a little slow, but with that presentation, it's definitely worth waiting for. Would love to come back and try more!

This is absolutely my new favourite place. I went for my 18th birthday with my parents and family and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything we tried was fantastic and I couldn't have went to a better place. The drinks were a bit on the expensive side but were totally worth it, the flavoured Sake was so good it didn't even need a mixer and I'm not a sake person. The service was the best I've ever had too, at the end of the night they gave me a little card that thanked us for celebrating with them and inside all the servers and bartenders signed the card and wrote me happy birthday it was so sweet! I will absolutely be back in the future.(Photos are the creamsicle sake cocktail, absolutely incredible.)

Had a great experience here. Our favourite baos were the Shrimp and Pork belly. The carbonara was really good as well! The service was excellent as well.

I go to Sensei regularly, I’m lucky enough to live down the street!The food is incredible, the quality is consistent, time and time again. They have a 10/10 cocktail list; my favourites are the Sake Creamsicle, and the Spicy Pineapple Margarita (s/o to whomever created/curated the drinks).The staff are always super helpful, the service is always great! In addition to wonderful staff; it’s always nice to see the managing partner so involved in the day to day processes of the restaurant. His care and hands on approach really shows in the overall quality and experience.I would highly recommend Sensei bar, to anyone and everyone whether it’s for dinner, drinks, or both!

It was my first time going into a Asian fusion restaurant in Calgary.It was interesting take on some of dishes. I liked the presentation of drinks.

Plating was beautiful, cocktails were wonderful, and service was great! I had the kohlrabi veg dish which was ok, I think having a chip for them would’ve helped the dish. From the table, the BBQ pork, shrimp, and the mushroom bao were great. Would return to try some other items on the menu.

Just an incredible flight of tasty dishes, each seeming to best the previous! Flavors were diverse and presentation was spot on. Above all the staff were great - friendly, efficient, and engaging. This is a top destination for us when we are in town.
