She is extremely responsive, kind, and very customer service oriented. I would go there again in a heartbeat for my next gym item. Placed an order over the phone May 13, 2020 quite easily, was told it would be delivered to my home May 14, 2020. Was then told it would be delivered May 15, 2020. Then told May 19, 2020. Now I'm getting unclear responses as to if/when I'll be getting my purchased goods delivered. I've offered to drive to whatever warehouse they're currently at as they're apparently not at the Brantford store. Very displeased. Would have appreciated some honesty up front rather than constantly telling me I'd be getting things on different dates. Was told the products I'd purchased were in stock, so failing to see what the issue is with these delays. Incredibly displeased. Also never received an invoice nor receipt for credit card payment over the phone, so no way to validate my purchase until I get my statement.

I called a few different Flaman locations to see if any of them had a specific recumbent bike in stock (this was before I knew all of the stores shared the same stock lol). At the time it wasn't in stock but Jennifer put me on a list of people and she called me once more came in, which I appreciated very much. Good overall experience.

Thanks very much for the on time delivery of my recumbent bike. I have used it every day. The two assemblers were excellent and took all garbage away with them. I really didn't think you could deliver during Covid but you did. I thought the delivery and assembly charge a little high at $250 and that is the only reason I gave 4.5* rating rather than a 5*.

Overall experience was good. Although Flaman Fitness Brantford faced some challenges, as most companies are during the COVID time, they were still able to deliver a good service. I order a variety of different equipment for a home gym, and I’m very happy with the products. Even with the staff being very busy, they remained positive, helpful and friendly throughout. Where the service fell short was in the communication for delivery, along with what inventory was still available.During a high demand time for gym equipment, this was understandable. Overall I’m happy with the products and services received, and yes I would recommended.Thanks!

Back in May we were looking for some cardio equipment so we decided to head into Flaman Fitness in Brantford. We had the pleasure of meeting Dave and the service he provided was amazing. He spent so much time with us and answered all of our questions. I bought a Max 5 that day and love it, now i am in the market for a treadmill and the first person i called was Dave. I honestly won't go anywhere else, when your treated that well.....why would you. Thanks Dave , your a pleasure to deal with and provide great service.......... your the best...... so excited to pick up my treadmill!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an over the phone order for some equipment (which I was told over the phone is available and would be ready for pickup on the Friday of that week - I called on a Monday). The Friday came and went, heard nothing. I called the rep I spoke to about 2 weeks later to see the status of my order and was told that she would deliver it the following day. No show!!! Now they're not answering my calls or txt msgs (on the contact number that was given to me to coordinate a drop off). I also called the store and no answer. They took my payment over the phone but never produced a transaction number, invoice etc. I'm very frustrated as I've also been dealing with fitness depot on a few items and they have been a day and night difference in comparison. I'm never buying another product from Flaman again. As a customer I absolutely HATE being lied to like this. Even worse than that is when they ignore you when you follow up. Seems they say whatever they have to to make the sale then leave you high and dry. Absolutely dissatisfied with this company.

UPDATE: We had problems with the installation team, and after complaining about it, we were contacted by Flaman Fitness to figure out a solution.After understanding what happened, Flaman sent another team to assembly my equipment.Because of its product and customer support, I would do business with them again.
