Good people, been with them since I moved to Alberta in 2016 and so far have gotten what I think are decent prices and definitely good service. Even if they don't get me the cheapest insurance ever, it is good and I'll stick with them.

Less than helpful when its time to leave. Sent cancellation email, but they never received it". Absolutely no help when it comes to getting a cancellation processed. Told me to call Intact cause he was "too busy to do me any favours". So much for that "family feel"

He even helped make the process of registering my out-of-province vehicle clear, which took a lot of stress out of that. He's always quick to reply, clear, and easy to work with.
