2:15am these people decide to have a tracked skid steer scrape the parking lot of the complex. This is across the street from a residential area. I'm sure I wasn't the only one woken up to the beeping and scraping. Maybe have a word with your lot maintenance people and tell them that it's not acceptable or appreciated.
