Anthony and his team are amazing. They installed a new AC, Tankless water heater and Furnace.I had a few issues with the AC and tankless system (from the manufacturer ) but Anthony came and fixed the issues in a quick and timely manner.Would definitely recommend using them!

We placed a service call with issues to our furnace on Sunday morning during Thanksgiving weekend and within a few minutes we got a callback from Anthony. His response was “absolutely I can come to your home now”. Honestly that is Service! After purchasing our system 22 years ago, also from Northwest Heating, it was obvious it was time for a new one and not worth doing minor repairs. Anthony sent over Philip to discuss various systems we would be interested in. After reviewing everything with Philip, we decided on a system which best suited our needs.From service call to consultation and installation, it was stress free. Exceptional, prompt service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Had problems with 22 year old furnace on a Sunday. Northwest responded quickly and were able to get the furnace working again. Decided to replace it. Northwest is a Carrier dealer so i checked their website for the various models and then did some research for what may be best and price. The owner, Anthony is very honest, professional and helpful. He gave us a great price on installation of a new furnace, humidifier (our existing one was broken), easy access filter housing, condensate drainage pump (our existing drainage was uphill so not working well) and gave us a free installed ecobee learning thermostat. Installers were great and did a neat, clean and great job. Anthony checked in on site when install was finished and then followed up a few days later. Northwest is a great business with great people.

We've used Northwest Gas twice now. First for a heatpump install and later for a complete boiler and water tank replacement with a new combi boiler.I really appreciated Anthony spending a lot of time to explain the projects, the technology behind them and patiently answering numerous questions.We were really impressed with the work that Anthony and his team did both times. The heatpump install took about 2 days while the combi-boiler about 3 days. They worked efficiently but did not feel like they were needlessly rushing. They took care to clean up after themselves each day.When working on the boiler Anthony took the time to redo almost all of the piping, introduced extra valves for easier maintenance, extra temperature/pressure gauges and improved drainage.He also took the time to explain all of the components of the boiler after the work was done.Highly recommend Northwest Gas to others!

My home was always cold especially on a very windy cold day outside. We purchased a new furnace from another dealer in 2009 (14 years ago) but the heating was the same. We thought the problem was because the house was not properly insulated because many technicians came to service the existing furnace each year but the heating was no better. However, when we called Northwest Gas Ltd., their technician discovered that the second set of furnace burners was not firing up, so he serviced it and our furnace is better than ever before. Many thanks to Northwest Gas Ltd. for their efficient services.

Professional and timely service. Service technician diagnosed our furnace issues promptly and the malfunctioning part was installed the next day. The company also did a follow up to ensure everything was working as expected.

Amazing service very professional. I hired them to replace my humidifier and they did a really good job not to mention a thorough clean up after the work was done.
