10/10 !!! Outstanding! The food, the service, everything. Robin was amazing during the entire process. He listened to what we wanted and everything turned out amazing. We received so many compliments on the food and the wait staff. We were told multiple times it was the best wedding food they had. We had a minor delay just before the salad was to be served, and they did an amazing job at not having any of the food jeopardized. Salad was amazing, Salmon was excellent, it was all perfect. Robin was also so helpful with any questions. Very professional and kind. Can’t say enough, we are extremely happy that we chose Robin to cater our wedding.

Robin catered our wedding at Willowbank in August. The food was delicious. Guests constantly were telling us how they loved the food.From the moment we met him we knew we were in good hands. He is very responsive and willing to offer support. We had a mix up where we didn't order bowls for our dessert and he caught it on the day of. He was able to rent them within an hour and save the day. Obviously not something a bride would want to have to figure out on her wedding day.We hope to have an event to use him again. His food was that good that you shouldn't think twice about hiring him as your caterer.

Robin and his team made some of the best food for our wedding, and we work in the industry, so we've tried it all. We hired him prior to covid and he walked us through all the seasonal options for our original wedding date. Due to the pandemic, we had to move our date for two years, time and again. But, Robin stuck with us, while altering the menu to match the season of the postponement dates. He's a brilliant chef and can serve at scale without diminished quality. Our guests complimented the food as well, quite vocally, both during and post dinner service. You'd be lucky to have Robin cater your event.

Robin was a pleasure to work with. He understood our vision clearly and was able to add his own flare to make it even better.He used all locally sourced & mainly organic ingredients with garnishes from his own garden.Our pre-event tasting was personal and fully customized. Robin was very open to all feedback on our taste preferences.He was very understanding about the covid rule challenges and ever changing numbers. He never held it against us, and always looked out for our best interest. His pricing for food and staff is accurate and honest.His staff were professional, clean and timely.Everyone loved their meal and we hope to hire him again for future events.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Robin for our wedding at Willowbank and we were overjoyed with the food Robin and his team prepared. We are both wedding photographers by trade and have been in the industry for 10+ years. We can honestly say that we have never had wedding food that was so delicious, and we have probably had over 400 meals over our careers. Having a delicious meal for our guests was extremely important to us and Robin did not disappoint. I would highly recommend him and hope to come up with a reason to use his services in the future. I may just have to plan a party just to experience his wonderful food again!

Chef Robin was a fantastic caterer for our wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake! He was extremely helpful to us from start to finish, and he always had great food suggestions to help us plan our event. We also appreciated that he was very accommodating after we had to revamp the menu several times to meet guests' changing dietary requests. Chef Robin has a lot of experience, and it's clear that he loves working with food very much. Furthermore, we loved how he used seasonal and local ingredients in many of our dishes. In the end, many guests told us Robin's food was some of the best they ever had at a wedding, and we couldn't have asked for more. We were blown away by how good everything tasted! I had never used Robin's before and was a bit nervous as my family is very picky and we were having a gathering for my mom's 80th. Everything turned our great. The guests loved the food. Robin's service was very spot on, timely and professional. He went the extra mile for me as well and I really appreciate it. I will definitely refer him and use him again!

We had Robin cater our wedding, and we couldn't have been more happy with it. The food was utterly spectacular, easily one of the highlights of the whole day, and each of his staff were on point. On top of that, Robin is an old fashioned business man who puts everything into his craft. His professionalism is top notch, and he inspires a great deal of confidence in a nervous bride and groom.
