Well organized and easy going !

Is well organized.But they should provide a map of the different stations ( materials) for drop off as you enter.

Easy access and everything is laid out efficiently. The guy working the welcome desk was friendly and i didnt have to wait at all, although i did go a Tuesday afternoon so that's a big reason why their was no wait.

Clean, courteous staff, but be prepared for long wait times

Very clean, very professional. Drive in, they tell you where to put your stuff. So easy. Was in and out within 15 minutes.

Easy to get to. Staff welcoming. They are well set up.If you are looking at getting rid of old tires and rusted rims ... make sure the tires are off the rims or they will not take them.

Great place to recycle and dispose of just about everything except household garbage...

I don’t want to remove a star for the employee on duty on my second visit but it should be adresses. . I was cleaning up under my deck and there was wood, plastic drain pieces junk basically first guy was cool I dumped everything but second trip that day they changed staff he gave be a hard time. He asked to prove where I got it so I shows him picks of my house and where the junk came from. Then the address. He said I had to make a continuous video from adresse to back to prove was same house. Are you kidding me. Look at the photos same house!!!!I said either I dispose of here properly etc or I’ll just throw it all on the street for garbage and landfill. I even explained how i called the city and they told me to bring it there. He said city doesn’t decide he decides! Kid had a power trip. Finally let me in.

Simple and clean. The posts are well identified and there is ample room to work. The entrance could be better identified. It is to the left of the building, behind the écocentre sign.

Very clean and well organized. The staff are very helpful. We waited about 30 mins in line on a Sunday
