Bloor Lansdowne Christian Fellowship - BLCF Church - Index | Bloor Lansdowne Christian Fellowship - BLCF, A church in the heart of Toronto with a mission of preaching, teaching and living the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people in the Bloor Lansdowne community. Our Christian outreach extends to the poor, homeless, marginalized and vulneralble people through BLCF Cafe Community Dinner, established in January 2008, and run under the auspices of Bloor Lansdowne Christian Fellowship. BLCF Cafe feeds and fellowships with upwards of 100 guests weekly, over 5,000 annually thanks to a core of dedicated volunteers. Volunteers and donations towards our cause are welcome.

Bloor Lansdowne Christian Fellowship
BLCF Church, (formerly known as Church of the Crusaders), has been actively serving the Bloor Lansdowne community since 1938. There is a Bank of Montreal two doors east, a Value Village two doors west; across the street are a honey/bee-product shop, a hamburger joint, a Buddhist Temple, and a Public Optical. Two other churches, Maranatha Church for the Deaf and Agape Brazilian (Portuguese) Church share this space. Each church is independent, but cooperates with the others.

This is what an urban church is all about! Serves the community through their weekly community dinner, free and open to the public. Sunday worship is small and led by the congregation themselves. The building is a converted bus garage, but is well used by four active ethnic congregations and rooms are rented out to various people, who often are involved in ministry outreach as well. Jesus is proud to call this place His home!
