Wah's Restaurant
Was a bit dissapointed, ordered the jalapeno poppers which were about $6 give or take.. you get 5 of em.. ( I'm use to the smaller ones where you get about 12 ). They weren't super tasty they were ok but nothing to write home about.I also ordered some Sweet n sour chicken balls, fried rice and whatever the other one was (yeh I can't remember)The sweet n sour chicken balls I couldn't even puncture with my plastic fork the batter was very hard but the batter was tasty it was fresh oil they used and the batter almost reminded me of doughnut batter for some reason... The balls were about a 5/10 in my books. The rice normally I love fried rice, I didn't finish mine just not enough flavor and or veggies or onions or something it was just missing some flavor .The other stuff I had again I forgot what it was but it was quite tasty and would have ordered that on its own.

ordered a general Tao's chicken. it tasted like gravy and was just mushy and grossas if it was old and microwaved. if you're staying in the area and need food you're definitely better off elsewhere. would honestly have felt better eating food from the gas station convenience store

Great Chinese food! This place puts together a delicious menu. My kids and I had had a trying afternoon and Wah's really helped our moods with their delicious food. It's prepared quickly and carefully and you can tell that they work hard to make you happy.

This place has canadian food and classic chinese dishes. Nice location, friendly staff. Hot n sour soup is great. Very unique ingredients.

Came to this little plaza on the way to Alberta looking for chinese food to fuel the drive in this homey restaurant. I was surprised by the lack of flavor when I ordered the General tao chicken, a staple for north american chinese style cuisine. The breading was fried perfectly but the sauce was unfortunately not seasoned enough. I would definately give the restaurant another chance post covid if given the oppurtunity

Had the crunchiest chicken balls and loved them that way. Also had mushroom fried rice. Generous portion and friendly and helpful staff to take our order. Only take-out at this time. Grabbed our goodies and ate at the beach.
