Absolutely atrocious customer service. I had been trying to reach someone for weeks as i was moving and the person looking after myself i guess was checked out" and leaving the company so no one got back to me

I recently dropped my auto insurance for another company and Thanu was so easy to work with. I say this because I wasn't. I have a very busy schedule and took hours to return texts and days to return calls. All said and done, Thanu got me a great rate (30% Less then my current insurer).

I had a wonderful experience working with Amanda who was extremely helpful and diligent. Her advices were very valuable and saved me from going to individual insurance companies on my own. Highly recommended!

First year of insurance was good. Went through Pembridge.Second year, I was expecting a 25% decrease as my 1 and only ticket expired. Instead, I got about a 40% increase!When I emailed my advisor to ask about doing better, he replied with a new quote.. that was another $700 more than the renewal that was 40% higher than the year prior.They were saying it'd be a $4600 premium with $1000 deductibles and 1M liability.Pembridge through 3 other brokers just offered me $2900 for $300-500 deductibles and 2M liability. What on earth?Surex is doing something questionable here. Same Pembridge quote via other broker = $2400 ($2900 with a better policy), but it's $4600 through Surex.

I strongly advise against recommending this company. I used lowestrates to find a cost-effective insurance company for an auto policy, and they suggested this particular 'company.'I spoke with a representative who initially provided me with a price, and I agreed to move forward with the policy. However, just before signing the agreement, I discovered that the monthly price had increased by $30. Despite this unexpected change, I decided to proceed and signed the agreement.To my dismay, after signing the agreement, I received an email notifying me of another $30 increase in the monthly price. This double increase in the monthly premium was both frustrating and disappointing.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of transparency and the subsequent unexpected price increases. It is important for potential customers to be aware of these issues before making a decision.
