Good food here n there…great kebabs . Very inconsistent with portion sizes. Sometimes they make a kebab wrap with good toppings…and then where it’s mostly sauce, few onions meat only in the wrap.They don’t use white meat chicken breast for chicken tikka or butter chicken- instead fatty thigh/leg meat. Very weird for $18 dishOther restaurants close by Warraich, Royal meat shop and Sardari all use white meatCheck your food before paying

on Wednesdays there food quality is going down or not as same as other days, last Wednesday I ordered butter chicken from here and taste of that butter chicken was not as good or satisfactory and today I order chicken tikka and it was uncooked and was pink on the inside. Please don’t bring your quality down as I really love your food.

I wanted to try a new shop in the area and upon searching up this one, the reviews looked good and I decided to call them.The receptionist was friendly and recommended a few of their specialities. I chose to order the lamb chops as there’s not many meat shops nearby that offer it. Once I got to the shop, I was surprised by the nice interiors and cleanliness. The owner Rick himself was there and we chatted for quite some time.The lamb chops were cooked really well, they were juicy, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The mint sauce was also done really well, it’s not your basic grade mint sauce but spicy, minty and full of fresh ingredients. The portion was a bit small for $15.99 but the taste was good.

I've had their biryanis, both the chicken and dum varieties, and it's been my second worst experience ever. After more than a year of enjoying their biryanis, I've noticed an ongoing decline in the quality of their food, the size of their portions, and the level of customer satisfaction. But not the overall quality of the food; only their prices are rising.Why have I said that?It happened twice with me. When it happened 1st time, i simply ignored it. The last time I got Chicken Biryani, both chicken pieces didn't look fresh, and I thought I was eating stale food. On April 24, 2023, I tried their Chicken Dum Biryani as suggested and I specifically asked them to keep it more spicy, I found only 1 and a half pieces of raw chicken, about half as much as their usual biryani containers sizes are, and not at all spicy. Additionally, they didn't feel guilty when I called them at that point. Even though they said they would give me three pieces of chicken, I only received one and a half, and not spicy at all, which is really unacceptable.Now, it's not even worth it. WILL NOT BE GOING TO THEM AGAIN.

I order butter chicken first time.. gravy taste was not good and chicken pieces were not enough according to large order. My advice is please change the recipe of butter chicken to make it better

Great food. Butter chicken and hyderabadi biryani are exceptional. Best food in GTA for sure but needs to work upon their customer dealing, a girl at the front hardly knows the menu.

It’s good place for non-veg lovers. Must try Hyderabad chicken Biriyani my personal choice.

I have been ordering at this place for almost 6 months now. I usually order chicken legs and other chicken recipes from this place. They are good in taste and fresh. Moreover their presentation and customer service is really good. The lady with glasses at the front desk is so humble, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this place for the food quality and most importantly for their customer service.

Ordered mutton curry. Taste was good but there was barely any meat but bones. Seemed like I paid 18 bucks for bones. There are better and affordable options available nearby for mutton curry. Never ever buying mutton curry from Ricks again.Update: July 05. Got chicken curry today. Curry taste so good but chicken is frozen. I can literally taste and smell the frozen chicken. Owner plz use fresh chicken not frozen.
