The staff at KGH are excellent at their jobs. No matter how sour the patient is to the staff, they put up with nonsense, and are very professional, courteous and caring. My surgery yesterday likely having 18 different staff exchanges, all were so positive and professional. We are so lucky to have you looking after our personal needs. Waiting for over 5 months to see specialist and still no call. Been dealing with sharp pains for far to long. Was in emerg on Christmas staff did tests but still told me I had to wait.

Only went in for an x-ray, but the staff was very friendly. I was informed that they were running a bit behind due to technical difficulties earlier in the day. Due to my anxiety with time, I asked if they could give me a time estimate. The wonderful lady working the desk totally understood and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience and let me know her best guess was it should be no more than an hour behind. Probably less, but that is exactly what I needed. I ended up being on my way home about 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

The nurses were awesome, they kept me involved in the whole process which I felt very grateful for. Baby was healthy and we felt safe knowing she was in good hands.

Wait time is immense. Information provided on care leaves alot to be desired. Staffing seem to be poor!

If you need a place to donate, look no further! The staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly, and know how to treat customers. Working for our community to improve our health care is not an easy task, but this group works effortlessly behind the scenes and deserves recognition.
