Riverside Millwork Group

Started off with good communication around our order but has ended in frustration and us chasing for a refund. Door sizes requested were not provided and apparently unable to be rectified. We are looking elsewhere. Chasing for a refund after paying in full two months ago. Zero communication on where things are at. I understand products not alway being able to be delivered as promised but communication with customers goes a long way.

We had a very kind gentleman by the name of Warren come and do trim work in our home. He was sent to us through our new home builder to fix issues from another installer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and amazing at what he does, but he’s also just a great man. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs any trim work done.

Does not warrant their work from previous jobs, and when asked where I could obtain the information was told Sorry we do not have this information any longer. Your best bet is to get a locksmith to look at them" emailed by Gary Maurice. And it was a locksmith that we did consult who advised us to ask the company that installed the work. I guess customer service isn't in their policy"

My wife and I own/operate a design and build firm out of Guelph and Riverside has provided the millwork for three of our most recent projects. Along with the quality of the material being solid and just as we anticipated, the customer service we've received in our short time dealing with Riverside has been nothing short of fantastic.Daniel Gross has been our main point of contact at Riverside and he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. His is communicative, articulate and responsive.As these things go, there have been a few discrepancies on some of our orders so I've reached out to Daniel in each instance and he has been swift, professional and courtesy every time while working to remedy the issues.The product and delivery area is what led us to Riverside initially. The customer service we've received is what will keep us coming back.

I don’t know anything about your company but whoever drives a white SUV with the company name on the side drives way too fast in parking lots and needs to watch out for cars that are safely pulling out of parking spots. He should also refrain from waving his arms and yelling profanities when he was the one driving unsafely. It really doesn’t look good on your company.

My colleagues and I had such an amazing experience working with Riverside Millwork Group, while working on a cabinetry project for Wesley Youth Housing in Hamilton. The entire team was kind, patient, and extremely professional. Getting a project like this completed during covid was hard, but the Riverside team made it super easy. Not to mention, our cabinets are beautiful and of great quality. Can't wait to work with them again in the future on another project.

We’ve worked with Riverside a few times at our first home and just recently when we moved. We had Riverside install all our interior doors, complete all our trim, and install closet organizers. On both occasions we couldn’t be happier with the product and service they provided. We would work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Working with Bobbi to get my materials for my projects has been a great experience. I will continue to purchase my materials from her at riverside. The warehouse staff that loaded my trailer were also a pleasure to deal with. Its refreshing to deal with a business that cares about its contractors, and everyone has a positive attitude.

We worked with an amazing contractor in Cambridge. Go Hard Corporation.They waited for months for some trim work from your company. Repeated calls, emails with no return phone calls. Riverside has such a lack of integrity and communication. Our contractor was super patient with them. I can’t believe a company can treat contractors and in turn home owners like this.

We required doors, baseboards, and casings and Riverside stepped up and got us what we needed in a short amount of time. Bobbi was great in helping and advising us on the best selections. Contractor installing today!!
