Econo Lodge Sudbury

Stayed for 3 days while ice fishing late December ’22. Ample parking, clean room, continental breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and helpful. Would book there again.

I was traveling to Elliott lake and in my way back to Elliott lake to London I book a hotel with my wife because the trip is quite long and we need a rest in the way but this place is just disgusting the room smell like cigarette the bathroom is dirty the door and the bed are stain and we comment to the guy on the front and they doesn't care is just a disgusting and old hotel I wish I can cancel it but the don't even refund you

Why 4 stars? The outside is dated however its a warm,clean comfortable stay. Fantastic Mongollian grill attached.Big Irish stays here when he is kicking up dust in Sudbury.

I booked a room online for my two girls and two dogs as the Choice Hotels call center stated that this hotel was pet friendly. Paid for it (and extra for the dogs) with my credit card. When they got there and walked in with the dogs, the front desk staff told them they lied about the reservation and didn't say they had pets...they then told them to leave and kicked them out at around 11pm at night with no idea where to go. I was able to talk to the front desk person before they were kicked out and tried to explain but I was called a liar too. Wow! I finally was able to find a small motel about two hours outside of Sudbury. I left a review on a popular travel site and the hotel manager's reply was that I lied they were really nice to us and my daughters were the problem. Unbelievable but true.
