Butler Mortgage

I had a great experience with Butler Mortgage securing a 5-year fixed rate mortgage at 1.59%. The whole process was smooth and I found the people helpful and responsive. This has been the second time I have used them and I would do again, if I need to in the future.

Dealing with Butler mortgage was great. They were happy to answer all of my questions. I got the best rate possible for my mortgage and will defiantly use them again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! They lie all the way up to the owner of this company. They provide misleading and false information in order to secure customers with what they believe to be the best rates. They laugh at customers when they are caught in their unethical practice. Ron Butler has no customer service skills and laughs while taking money from unsuspecting mislead customers. They do not take responsibility for their actions and call customers names. Extremely unprofessional outfit. They fool customers into taking variable rate mortgages by PROMISING the bank of Canada has frozen rates for 2 years than can only increase those rates thereafter by .25 basis points. This information i find out a year later as my mortgage skyrockets is incorrect. The bank of Canada did not freeze rates for 2 years and have increased each time by .50 bases points twice in a year. I was promised by Cody a MAX rate of 1.89 percent at the end of my 5 year term but i will far surpass that by the end of year one. When asked to provide copies of the recorded phone calls for verification they tell you no and insult you instead. Guilty practice. As a former bank owner use a real bank who can actually advise you without malice.

Using Butlers Mortgage was overall a great experience being a first time home buyer. My boyfriend and I got the best possible rate out there, and we have them to thank. If we had any questions day or night they would answer our calls or emails very efficiently. When our mortgage is up we will definitely be using Butlers Mortgage again!

Butler mortgage, is a great place to do business for a mortgage. Will butler was fantastic to deal with, his associate inrda was also first rate. From the get go, will assured me things will close on time, he was true to his word.... highly recommended!!!!

The team at Butler Mortgage took care of early renewal of my mortgage. Tara the closing agent was outstanding. She kept me in the loop with all the matters going on, quick to respond, answer all my questions, emails and calls were prompt, she was so nice to talk too, made me feel like a somebody and she made the entire process so stress free. Jeremy Mills with Butler Mortgage assisted with a recent refinance on a rental property. Not only did they offer a great rate, Jeremy and the team at Butler stayed on top of the process. We faced some challenges with the underwriters requesting additional documentation late in the process, however, Jeremy was on top of it all and worked hard to make sure the deal got done!
