Jiffy Lube

Service is great when spending money. After spending nearly $300 on tire and oil change, I went back for a 5-minute torque and took 30 min wait. Then I was told sorry we lost track of time and forgot you were waiting. The young man who came out was exceptional.

Very friendly and helpful staff that explained my options to me honestly. Never tried to pressure me into an upgraded service (replacing air filter that didn't need replacing, a more expensive filter, etc). I actually went to get my oil changed but was told they printed the wrong mileage on the sticker and my oil was still good so they didn't do the change that day. Nice to know I can trust this place and I'll be coming back for future oil changes!

Never a long wait. All the technicians are friendly and do a great job!

Prices have gone up for a seasonal tire change. They are not as competitiveThat said they are still fast and convenient. Re-torqueing was a breeze, in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I have never had such poor service. I was distracted that day and was mansplained, sold filters I didn’t need and then to top it off, they screwed the valve in my tire. I went to go home that day and my tire pressure was at 13 PSI. If you are female presenting, I would highly recommend you find somewhere else to take your vehicle. The service was the worst I’ve ever had.

Kind, consciencious, respectful, and thorough service. I'll be back for sure. I swear my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport is running much more smoothly since I had my oil and filter change at Jiffy Lube on Anne Street in Barrie. Awesome experience!

Not happy with this store. I have been going to jiffy lube with my cars for 10years now never had any issues. Oct 22nd I went to this store to get oil change. On my way home to wasaga my car starting shaking I kept pulling over. Eventually stalled and I had to get it towed. I have had it at 3 different mechanic who al saying my engine blew its done and there is way too much oil not a little over filled way over filled. I spoke to owner who just denies they could of never made a mistake over filling. I probably added oil to it. What? I didn’t even make it home with the car. Now it won’t answer my callable I keep being told he busy he will call you and he doesn’t. I’m a single mother I pay bi weekly for this car now has no engine thanks to these people. My car sitting in a mechanic since then. I need my car for work. The owner doesn’t want anybody to deal with it. The people were nice during service. Clearly something went wrong and they don’t want to deal with it. This isn’t going away for me so it won’t be going away for you either.I'm sure they don't always make mistakes but just if they do they will not take fault. I am being ignored the owner won't even deal with me. They just say the same thing they have procedures. I would like to sit down and view the cameras they have looked at already and talk about this. A call back would be nice. I call everyday and I am told owner will call me.

I put my summer car away, took my winter beast out, to find that my front passenger light was out. Both locations in Barrie the guys were so helpful and kind. This was my very first visit to get my oil change too. I have decided that Jiffy is my new place to go.
