When in the at Kingsway mall the girl with the assistant manager tag was completely rude. She was very rude . She definitely didn't say thank you when I purchased shoes , she cut me off while asking a question . She needs more manners to be working in retail . If she's not happy with her job then she should quit.

Don't waste the time or energy walking down those stairs, the employees can't be bothered to stray from their conversation at the front counter to help. When I had the AUDACITY to interrupt them and ask for help I was met with a cold What? Yeah everything we have is there

The assistant manager at kingsway went beyond and above helping me this afternoon by finding the shoes i wanted! she has great customer care, she seemed to enjoy her job and i am glad to have the customer service that i was looking for! I will most definitely be back!

Bought a pair of sandals the retailer didn’t realize it was two different sizes. Went back after I lost my receipt. They said is nothing they could do. Poor customer service…. Even when it was their mistake. Be aware of the sizes before you leave the store. Never again for me.

I only buy my shoes from this store. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the store is very very clean and tidy. You will not find better prices for the quality of shoes from this place. I even bring relatives from Vancouver to this place and they can't believe how great it is. Bring the family!

First time at this store. I have shopped at their online store before but my first time in their physical store.Great deals and excellent customer service. They were so courteous and caring to the little ones that we went to the store with. I will surely shop here again very soon....

I love this store. Always clean, good customer service and good prices and variety. A must go when I need shoe wear. I don't like the new name though. Sorry!
