Terrible company!! if you're going to use them just break your stuff now. I've used another moving company in the past, three times never any issues these guys broke so much stuff I just gave up keeping track of it. I emailed them pictures, no response.

Had a frustrating experience booking a piano move. Was given a quote and date was booked. Then was told employee gave me incorrect quote and that it would be more than I was quoted. They would not agree to honor the quote that I was given and booked for. So I will be choosing another company for the move. Poor customer service.

From start to finish it was an excellent move from Ontario to Newfoundland. Manager Jamie Collins did an amazing job on our estimated weight, estimated weight was 11,200 pounds and actual weight was 11,360 pounds. No hidden cost, always able to reach him day or night or on the weekends. The work crew on both ends were great. Hats off to Household Movers in Gander
