From initial inquiry to installation, the team was professional, responsive and easy to work with. Our closet spaces were well designed and the quality is amazing, we even ordered additional shelving afterwards. Prices are reasonable and so are the install times. Adam and his team did an incredible job of our bedroom closet, entranceway closet, and our custom office/den. The home office especially was amazing. It made the space absolutely beautiful and so functional. Making working from home a delight. The space saving features he recommended for the entranceway closet were incredible too. I loved how he could customize it to perfectly maximize the space - taking into consideration the size of our jackets and what we own. Adam is wonderful to work with, and he is super fast. Always punctual and on-time and very respectful. Would hands-down recommend him to friends and family.

Adam was a pleasure to work with. We found his company through Costco and will definitely be going to him directly in the future for other home cabinet needs. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and quite obviously knows his trade very well. He is confident in what he does and the products he uses, and is efficient with installation. We appreciated his advice when customizing the wall unit he installed in our bedroom. The selection of products is decent and we had no trouble finding cabinetry/hardware that suited us. The price is justified for the quality of work, the quality of product, and the experience. All emails (with both himself and Amy) and messages were responded to promptly. Adam provided an emailed design of the cabinets before we made our final decision as well.I thoroughly recommend Adam and his team.

We moved into an older townhouse in delta bc and the bedroom closets were sad and useless. Within a week of moving in I was desperate for a solution and a neighbour recommended I call Adam for help. I called him and he came out for the free consultation. Within 20 mins of his arrival we had the plans up.and ready. I was amazed he was that quick but he knows his program and his craft. He's professional and polite. We wanted some custom shelving that is curved and covered 2 walls of an otherwise useless space. Adam explained that because of a covid delay we might wait awhile because of the nature of the custom pieces. It was fine with us as he explained everything. We sent the deposit and waited... during this time Amy was always available and easy to reach out to for any questions I had. On install day their installer kevin was 15 mins early and was so professional and kind. Kevin explained what he was doing and that he would take about 3 or 4 hours to complete the install. At 2.5 hrs he called me to come see his work. He was finished but wanted to make sure it was to my liking before he started his clean up. When I saw the work and the product I burst into tears. The product is amazing !! Its a high end thick strong pretty durable fantastic product. Exactly as promised!! I found out that this small business is entirely family run. The very kind of business I want to spend my money with to support!!! The prices are competitive and in line with other companies make no mistake about that! We ll use them again where ever we move to because we enjoy the quality workmanship the service levels and the trustworthy installation. A 10 out of 10! Thanks again!!!!

We’ve worked with Unique Storage & Organizers on two projects now and were very happy with the entire process and the end results! Adam was always extremely quick to get back to us with designs after the consultations. He made sure we were happy with every detail the final design for both projects and Amy was always quick to follow-up with installation dates soon after finalizing the projects. Adam and Amy were so great to work with! I recently remodelled my home from top to bottom and needed new closet organizers installed throughout. Adam turned up to measure and install exactly when he said he would, was polite and professional through the whole process, and provided me good design points to consider when devising the schematics for the closets. The organizers feel solid and durable, were installed correctly, and best of all, look absolutely fantastic in the closets! We used Unique for design and installation of 4 closets in our apartment. Adam arranged a in-home consultation quickly and helped us to design our new closet spaces. He was helpful in guiding the design to maximise the space as well as tailor the closet toward the use: kids closet, entryway, pantry, master bed. Amy was helpful for arranging all the required documents for strata approval. The team stuck to their proposed installation date. They arrived a few days before installation to remove the existing closets for painting, and provided us racks for temporary storage. The day of install went better than we could have imagined. Kevin and Kam arrived on time and completed the closet installation which included installation of new doors in around 5 hours. They were professional and efficient and left the workspaces spotless. The materials used in closet manufacture are clearly high quality.Would not hesitate to recommend Unique and will not look elsewhere should we require a similar service.
