Nice service staff

Thank you Karen Drummond, Service Advisor and Peter, Technician for the customer-focused services (instead of transaction-focused). They were able to correctly diagnose and resolve the problems I noticed with my Mazda 5 after hitting big pot holes. The steering wheel and dashboard no longer vibrates after changing the rims. This may seem obvious now but when I brought the same problem to Canadian Tire, they had only changed the front two rims and not to mention they did not do any wheel balancing (Canadian Tire had installed the new rims without wheel weights!). I trust these two professionals for all services on my Mazda 5 because they will do things right the first time. Thank you again.

My regular service location. Great experience, no nonsense. I really appreciate that they don't tamper with my dashcam or otherwise mess up my settings.

Good and timely service

Staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. Services are fast and fixed the problem as stated. Didn't push for additional services as I had experienced with other dealer
