First open day! Here are new gears, new play structure, new slide, and some amusement machines too, kids have a good time here, the staffs are nice, I strongly recommended you bring yr kids and have a wonderful family time! By the way, the slide is really intense, very fast, even for adults. The only shortage I think is the newly finished smell, but not that bad.

The best indoor children's play area in the city! There are a ton of different obstacles with slides in the centre. Far more enjoyable than the Children's museum. It's $3 for a pair of socks if needed. Try to fuel up your kids at the nearby Costco or McDonald's before spending the better part of the day here!

Last weekend was my son's first visit to Hide n Seek" and he has been begging to go back ever since. There is tons to keep kids busy and happy. I totally recommend this place. One thing though the coffee is a little on the expensive side."

This place is loud and will spin your head around and you'll for sure leave with a headache HOWEVER your kids will LOVE IT!This is my 4 & 5 year olds most requested place to go. It has stuff for all ages, including a little kids only section (I believe for under 3 year olds) but I suggest your kids be over 4 and independent. There's a lot going on and bigger kids running and pushing there way past. Adults (even plus size individuals) can go in lots of places but not all of them are adults aloud!I wish the food was better. And I wish they had a quiet room for some kids yo take a sensory break.

The worst place for birthday party! If you stay in the room more than 5 minutes, they will charge you extra 15 minutes. However, they take no responsibilities and give you no extra time for delivering the food for kids 30 minutes late. You could not make a good plan for your kid’s birthday party because they will not let you know there will be a delay for the food. They only tell you at the checking-in moment, which is too late to plan anything. In this way, they give you no choice because everything has been set. What kind of services they are providing to our kids while charging the expensive price with lack of responsibilities!Stay away from them if you want to organize a good birthday party for your kid with a peaceful mind.

Perfect place for kids! From toddler to pre teens..parking is no problem. Lots of space for your coats and boots. Once you enter the place, you need to sign a waiver for kids. You will also need your socks on or can buy from them if need be.Nice and clean washrooms..dining area where you can monitor your kids on the screen, a little convenience store where you can buy drinks, pizza, and other stuff, they also have a drinking fountain. Place is big enough where kids can run around.A separate place for toddlers and much smaller kids. Spacious with lots of toys that they can play with. There's an arcade, if you want to play, you have to buy it because this is not included in the fees. You can also book for birthday party, they have rooms where kids can have a celebration in between playing.

Two 9-year-olds gave their thumbs up after our visit!Highlights included a couple steep slides, bouncy trampoline and arcade area (additional charge). Was very busy (but expected) over Christmas break! We tried their cheese sticks and pizza which lacked toppings but was not greasy and had a flavorful sauce.Surprised to see no security measures in place making sure children leaving matched up with parents. Also no comfy area for parents to sit in, just a few bar stools and tables/chairs in eating area which they kept announcing was for people eating only.

Awesome experience for our first visit. We took our two girls and one niece there (ages 2-4) and they all had a blast. There's a small area for babies & toddlers (1-3 ish), but our 2 y/o was already able to do most" of the activities in the main area. So I'd say it's really great for most kids 2+. There's a small arcade within - the type that takes a pre-loaded swipe card - for slightly older kids

My daughter enjoyed it, didn't take long for her to get tired. Warm and busy were the only negatives. Have been there again since my first time, and it was not nearly as busy during the week before lunch and wasn't to hot and uncomfortable. It's nice that the parents are free and they have discounts for kids with disabilities!
