I would like to thank you Lori for the BEST Service, Lori always helpful, polite and pleasant person She is an amazing lady. She always has a smile on her face and is always happy. It shows that employees are happy working at their jobs when they treat customers with care. Great Lady working there. I brought my rescue in and she was so kind and helpful. Helped me get all the things I would need for my pup. Also had an adorable little French Bulldog behind the counter with her that was just the cutest. Definitely recommend, I'll be going back there for whatever I need.

Going into the store has been fine but ordering online with this store as a location has been terrible. I ordered kibble for my dog online and never received any updates. On following up I find my order has been delivered incorrectly to a wrong address. I asked for a replacement order and they said it would take a few days but they would follow up with me. That never happened. 1 email, 1 call and 2 chats later, I am still awaiting the order. Luckily my dog eats raw and has some food else waiting for this would have been more painful. It shouldn't take so much effort to get something as simple as this.

Went in there today for something I could have used some advice/insight on, however the female employee with bright purple hair was on a personal call arguing with her father & talking about attending the halloween Screemers event.There was about 3 customers in store at the time & she continued to cash out a gentleman while still on this phone call lol, completely unprofessional.

My dog has been bringing me here a couple of times a week to buy treats and toys for the past 8 months, the ladies in the store have been very friendly, very welcoming and also very nice to my dog. We like the vibe here, and my giant dog likes to be petted and enjoys the attention, and he gets both here. The store is not big, but it has pretty much everything you probably want, the prices are pretty competitive.
