Very rude staff. They chase you around the store to check if the mask is close to your eyes, it is no longer enough to be over your nose, now you have to put on a helmet. They don't speak English. A non-human behavior over customers, as if we were cattle. We will never go there again. You're all so miserable if you have to work there, you should better beg on the street than to work there.

Decent selection available, however the staff continued speaking to me in French, even after I made it clear I don't speak French, and would like to be spoken to in English. Bottle I picked up (which was a more expensive premium bottle) was defaced by the SAQ, with parts of the label marked over in sharpie, and redundant alc % stickers put on the back label. Was intending to keep the bottle as a souvenir since it is a rare find, but it was not until I returned home that I realized the staff had ruined the labeling.

I didn't go inside but one of my family members did. The trip was quick and it seemed to be a good place to buy drinks and stuff. We always go to this one so I guess it's the best in Gatineau!

Even though I did not find what I was looking for, I did purchase something. My experience was a little frustrating because they are in the process of moving locations so some products were not there.

Very nice collection of liqueurs, wine and spirits of all kinds and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. You have to try the sample bar if you're not certain if you would like it. Also if you become a regular ask for the points card. Gives you savings in the long run
