Went today to renew my health card, arrived around 8:55am, there were already people in line, maybe 10 or so. I was done by 9:20am and on my way.2nd time renewing at this location and it was smooth and efficient the first time too.

Like that its inside canadian tire so you don't wait In a huge line. They give you a a beeper to browse the store or wait in the car and hold your spot in line until there is maybe 8 people infront of you, then they page you to come join the line.

First time I’ve seen a Service Ontario in a CTC. Great location as you can shop around while you wait for your pager to go off. The lady at the reception kiosk was very helpful and congenial. Also, the staff at the Service Ontario were quick and efficient. Recommend this spot for sure.

I knocked off 2 stars because as nice and professional as the gentleman was that assisted us, he did not fulfill renewing our healthcard upon our 1 of 2 requests communicated to him, we were unfamiliar with the process, took a photo for a separate ID so we thought that applied to the same process, but no. We should have checked ourselves after but we had trusted all requests were fulfilled. So in summary, make sure you get all your docs completed and then CONFIRM! Saving you an extra trip and time! (And dont bother calling, they have a phone # that only ever goes to voicemail and no option to leave message).

Just amazing. I went to request my health card and change the address on my driver's license.The lady at the beginning of the line is so helpful, she inquires about the service you need and makes sure you have all the required documents.After you reach the window, the team is so kind and tolerant. I've watched them for 30 minutes dealing with other people who understood little to no english. They were always patient and trying to be as tolerant as possible, trying their best to explain what they need from them.Really thank you guys for being such amazing people.

I went here today saturday to renew my health card. The line up was so long, I arrived 9am and i waited for almost 2 hours to be served. There are 5 open counters but the service was extremely slow. People are lined up beside the road. I don’t really understand how they assist their client. When you come here you will be waited for a decade.

Was there the other day to renew a sticker for a commercial vehicle, was told 2 hours to wait with a pager in the store, and then once paged to come to the line, an other 90min in line.Absolutely the slowest location I have ever ever been too.. i left and drove 15min, went to Keele and Lawrence and was in and out in under 20min, so 35min for them including drive time, and construction, vs 3.5 hours. This location needs new management.

Worst location ever, only have 2 people working, I waited 2 hours just to renew my health card, that's crazy. I gave it a 2 star only because of the lady at the front desk.
