The customer service was exceptional! I don't know how hockey gear is supposed to fit so the associate spent the time with me to try everything on until he was satisfied with the fit. I'm from out of town but will be back for sure.

I cannot express how amazing the service is at this store, I purchased a new pair of skates which had to be shipped in from another store. The wrong skates came in so I had to wait an extra week. After the extra week the skates were no longer available. They gave me an upgrade free of charge were polite friendly threw all my calls asking about the were about's of my new skates. A+++ service.

Went in today and Chris the owner helped with choosing a stick for my son. Very helpful and professional.Went to LSE to have my Marsblade skates baked and they did an amazing job. Didn't let me leave till they were perfect. Chris and his staff are top notch. (07/05/23)

Very impressed with the knowledge and service at London Sports Excellence. Went in for new skates and Chris obviously knows his stuff when it comes to skates and all hockey equipment. Also, Ryan was extremely helpful with the fitting. I would definitely recommend checking out London Sports Excellence!
