It's the only Tim's that consistently makes coffee the same on each vist.. Also the only Tim's that has hot chocolate that's not boiling brown water. They stir the hot chocolate regularly. The only complain is the parking lot.. Due to the new roundabout the exit entrance is huge, but it's only a exit. The entrance /exit has the dimensions of a person's home driveway and often causes a bottle neck in the busy times..

Whenever I go here something always gets messed up. I'll order a small vanilla ice capp, and then I'll get a dark icecap that seems to have no cream. If you order a bagel you must ask for extra topping or you wont get alittle taste of the cream cheese you asked for. Order a rap or sandwich you gotta ask for extra sauce to taste that too, its ridiculous and I'm going to stop coming here. On top of that alot of the staff seem rude. Not all but most.

The chicken strips tasted like they were bought at a budget grocer and felt like they were thawed in a sink for a few days then put in a toaster...Seems like this is the case at all TH. Stick to sides and drinks if anything.

Terrible services again, ordered a pumpkin spice muffins and a apple fridder, they gave us blueberry donut instead, them we ordered a lrg triple triple coffee, they give me a lrg regular tea , the worse part is we were already on the hwy before we noticed.

Says it’s open but it is only open for drive through. Staff doesn’t know when they are opening because they only open when the orange store is open. What a mess!! Update your open information with accurate times.

I ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese for my lunch.. go to eat my lunch and I have dry bread I'm not sure WHO would make a bagel like this .and it's not like I can leave and get myself another lunch. Use your measuring scoop to put the cream cheese on the bagels and stop rushing around. The weekend staff just dont care I'm constantly having issues with my orders, I go to Tim hortons 2 to 3 times a day and my husband the same amount . I'm going to stop giving this place my business and go the extra 20 minute drive to long pond tim hortons for a decent order..

This is when I open large size cup.I didn’t pay extra for regular amount drink in large size cup... feels scammed.I know most of people don’t open the cover but I had to because drink wasn’t coming out when I tilted it.
