Exactly same review as Heather. The massage therapist spent 35 minutes for assessment and lectures on how to breastfeed. And spent 25 minutes for massage. Absolutely ridiculous. Yes I have been to many different massage therapists and they do not exceed 5 to 10 minutes of assessment. They yet still decided to charge one full hour. When I had asked for the refund they did do it, but they were very adamant that they spend half an hour for assessment which in my opinion is absurd. Will not be returning.

Morgan is very knowledgeable in the field of Prenatal, Postnatal and Infant massage, and was very impressive with her professional demeanour and her beautiful office space in Kingston. She is very welcoming and non judgemental, but makes you walk out of her office a new person! Highly recommend Deep Rooted Massage!

This was my first time getting a massage here. The location is good, the staff were friendly and the place was set up very nicely. Unfortunately, no one told me that I had to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work as well as spend 10 minutes going over the focus points of the massage. As a result, my 1 hour appointment turned into a 35 minute massage, but they still charged me for the entire hour. There was no communication about this and I was very unimpressed. Although only 35 minutes, the massage was well done. I’m just not happy about being charged $100 for a 35 minute massage that should have been an hour.

Incredible!!! This place is a MUST for pregnancy massage! The special pillow alone is worth it. The therapist was highly skilled and experienced. Already booked my next visit!

Went there to get relief from tension in the upper back. Therapist kept focus general, light pressure and when asked to go deeper, went lighter. She did full body when I had asked for upper back, neck and arms only. I was so frustrated that I could not get any relief!

It was my first time at Deep Rooted Massage and definitely not my last. All of the staff I encountered were so friendly. I had a 30 minute massage done by Colleen and it was fabulous! Highly recommend.

I had a 1hr massage today with Laura Sands and she was fantastic! Extremely thorough in the pre massage assessment and applied the perfect amount of pressure to the areas of discomfort. She also gave me a few exercises and stretches to do while I wait for my next visit. Felt amazing during and after my session. Very happy!

I have been both a patient and colleague of Morgan & Allyssa for the last 4.5 years. I can't refer to them enough! They are very knowledgeable and open to working with their clients needs. Their style is a combination of clinical and spa-like with their calming music, essential oils, and beautiful rooms. I always leave feeling better and relaxed.

Deep rooted massage helped me immensely after I fell off my horse and was getting chronic headaches. This clinic is so professional, clean and tidy and also wonderful at their job! I love their online booking system which makes it so easy when you’re always on the go! Thank you so much for the great experience, I would highly recommend! Can’t wait for my next massage!

I had my first visit to Deep Rooted Massage yesterday. Staff extremely friendly, covid-19 protocols in place and very organized. I had my 75 minute massage done by Colleen. One of the best massages I have had in a long time!! She has some seriously strong hands to keep the strong pressure the same for that long. She was so sweet and respectful throughout the whole experience. I would recommend Colleen 100%!! I most definitely will go back again in the future.
