I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice and explore other options.First and foremost, their customer service was abysmal. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance or ask questions about my booking, I was met with unhelpful and rude staff members. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism and seemed disinterested in resolving any issues I had.Furthermore, the booking process itself was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. I encountered numerous technical glitches on their website, which made it difficult to complete my reservation. The website's interface was outdated and difficult to navigate, adding to my frustration.To make matters worse, the accommodations they provided fell far short of expectations. The room I was given was dirty, with stained bedding and a foul odor. It was evident that no effort had been made to properly clean or maintain the premises.
