Coach Williams and his team trained my grade 6 son from a novice to helping him win a spot on one of the top division 1 rep teams in the province within his first year of playing basketball. Coach Williams is amazing! His passion for the game and his genuine want to make the children into great athletes is evident in the way he coaches. He trains them in a way that teaches them discipline and mental strength. He does not let them give up, and he pushes them to beat their personal best. My son comes out of every practice drenched in sweat but feeling very proud of his accomplishments. We are so thankful to have Coach Lavar recommended to us. He takes sharing his skills, strategies and expertise seriously! Coach is very patient, taking the time to explain and demo moves and handles to the players one on one. He summarizes skills to help work on for the parents too!He has a knack of listening and hearing what the kids want vs what development they need to succeed. Excellent development program!

With the many coaches my son has had, Lavar remains my son's favourite coach because whenever he has sessions with him, he feels his game has improved.We've since moved away from Mississauga, but if work has me coming down for a day or two my son always is willing to tag along just so he can attend one of Lavar's sessions.
