Came here for a couple small bolts that hardware stores don't carry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will return if I have similar needs in the future.

I rushed across the city to get to Bolts Plus before five. I was standing at the front door at 4:58pm GPS time - the doors were locked, and the gate behind the doors already closed. No cars in the lot. Dark inside already.You closed early. I realize I was here with two mintues to spare; but you were closed well before that from what I could see. To close early is disrespectful to your customers. Worse, I saw a person - who I assumed to be one of your staff - checking the front door from the outside at 5:08p as I sat in my car trying to figure out what I was going to do next. If you close at five, you close at five. Not sure of the inconvenience it would have been to your staff to stay until closing time, but it would have been of great help to me.

Great service & professionalism! Stan was very helpful, personable & well versed in his knowledge. I had actually bought some pieces from Rona which where not needed & returned. He advised me accordingly & saved me money.Great place. Well organized too. Worth the visit.

I love this place. Good selection of work gear like marking paint, PPE, and all sorts of tools. Plus they can give expert advice on anything fastener related and supply just about anything you need in that regard. They're open at 25% capacity as of June 5, 2021. Great people working there.
