Vellore Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic

I just walked out of this medical centre. I called and spoke to the receptionist at 10:17 am to confirm if I can walk in for a blood test and the receptionist said yes. I even asked what time the doctors would be taking their lunch time (assuming the doctors would do the test) to ensure I would be helped and she confirmed they take lunch from 12:45 pm - 2:30 pm. I arrived at 11:30 am and spent my lunch break waiting in the clinic to speak to the doctor. After speaking to the female doctor, she gave me a paper to take back to the receptionist and said “go to the receptionist, she will do the blood test for you now”. I went back to the receptionist and mentioned that the doctor sent me back to her for the blood test, she responded “we don’t do blood tests after 11:30 am.” She didn’t mention this on the phone nor did she mention this when I got there at 11:30 am and said I was the one who called about the blood test. What a complete joke. Get rid of your receptionist whoever it was that answered my call at 10:17 am.

I don't normally write reviews but I want to share my personal experience with this clinic. The Filipino receptionist is so friendly and personable. Dr. Siddiqui is an amazing doctor. He has been so good to my whole family. He's a good listener and addresses all of our medical concerns and needs especially with my elderly father. Dr. Siddiqui has done more for him in the past 3 to 4 years, then his former doctor did in 30 years. Last, the pharmacist and the assistants are so kind and professional as well.I have read some of the negative reviews. I don't want to take anything away from other people's experiences however, I do feel you should go to the clinic and judge for yourself as my experiences have only been very positive so far.

Terrible experience, always rushing the client and doesnt listen. Misdiagnosed me with eczema for 3 weeks only to visit another doctor after and find out its actually ringworm, so an infection that couldve easily been treated and controlled ended up spreading throughout the body all because the doctor doesnt take the time to listen, just wants to hurry up and send the prescription to the pharmacy in the same building. Doing more harm then good.

Nobody wanna work here. Just left and didn't put any information. Poor sirvice

If I could give this clinic 10 stars I would!This is BY FAR the BEST walk in clinic in all of Vaughan area. I refuse to go anywhere else. There is never a long wait time. Even if there is 10 people waiting, the longest I’ve had to wait is maybe 10-15 minutes!The two doctors here are amazing! They always give good advice and actually listen to your concerns. The female doctor is my favourite!! She is so good to our kids as well. Very friendly, kind and caring. I trust all of the advice and prescriptions they have given us. The receptionists are super friendly and kind as well! It’s so refreshing ☺️ The pharmacy is also great! Never had to wait long for the prescriptions.. the male Pharmacist is very friendly and knowledgeable too!I would definitely recommend this walk in clinic to anyone! In fact.. it’s the ONLY walk in clinic I would recommend!Absolutely love it here!

The doctor in this wall in clinic prescribed antibiotics to my baby while he had cold and was not supposed to take antibiotics. Be careful if you decide to come here.

Best walk in clinic I have EVER visited in my life. Wow so impressed, it’s so hard nowadays to get an appointment with my family Doctor that I have been visiting this place and the Doctors are amazing. I don’t have to wait not even 10 minutes to see a Doctor.Keep up the good jobs guys. I’m glad That I found you.

So refreshing to visit this clinic, the staff picked up the phone I didn't have to keep calling. They were very friendly and quick. Wait time was only 10 minutes and doctor was professional with great bedside manners. He was patient and considerate - I will be coming here for all my future visits.

I have been a long time patient with this clinic since when it first opened. Now my entire family attends here for our medical needs. I have to say the professionalism, attentiveness and genuineness the Doctors exemplify is something unmatchable. I last saw Dr Adnan who treated my children and within a day they ALL are showing very positive signs of recovery. I'm beyond grateful. There is also a pharmacy on site which is very convenient. Needless to say, every member I have come in contact with here go the extra mile in regards to professionalism and service. You can tell they truly value every patient. Thank you for all you do!

This is by far the best walk in clinic you can find. Tesha (the receptionist at the front) is very sweet and kind. She always greets you with a warm smile. Also, the wait time here is always super quick which is amazing! Usually when you go to a walk in or doctor for that matter, you are waiting forever! Not here…they are fast which impresses me every time! Also, Dr. Sadia Siddiqui is so sweet and very very kind. She takes her time with you and answers any questions you may have. She never rushes you out of the room or makes you feel like just a number! Seriously, 10 stars at this walk in! I won’t go anywhere else!Thank you Tesha and Dr. Sadia.
