I have been going to this place for the past 7 years. You would think they would value people as their customers/clients. Dr. Bagnell is an amazing vet but the front desk needs toe be taught a few things. They are rude, short and abrupt. All these people care is about money, no connection with our furry family.

Dr. B and Shelley and the rest of the staff are so caring about the animals. They treated my dog like she was their own and called afterwards tp see how she was doing. Everyone is so nice. Highly recommend. You're not going to find a better veterinarian clinic.

As a new dog owner back in 2006 (and first-time parents of any kind), we were looking for recommendations for a loving and caring vet and Dr. Bagnell came highly recommened! Dr. Bagnell, Dr. Jongkind, Shelley & Helen were amazing to Einstein and educated us on what was best for him for over 14 years. It was difficult to lose our best friend on a rainy and cold day in October 2020 during Covid, where we had to spend our last moments with him in the back of our van in the parking, instead of by his side. The ONLY reassuring thing was that we knew he was in the best of hands with Dr. Bagnell & Shelley that afternoon. It was so difficult for our 2 children, but they knew Einstein was loved by the BVH staff.We are happy to say that after 10 months of heart ache, we brought a new puppy into our family and Onyx has been such a joy. Though we haven't had to have in too many times (thankfully) to see the BVH team, we know that he is always in great hands, as we still can't go into the clinic with him. We trust the BVH staff with our new love and appreciate the communication that the BVH team has with us on the phone or via email, during these trying times with no owner-present appointments.Thank you Dr. B and your amazing team...we know you'll take great care of our Onyx when he has to come in to you next!

Amazing veterinary hospital. I take Charlie my cat for all his needs and the staff is just pleasant all of them not just one but all. Dr. Bagnell is super kind very attentive answers all your questions and takes great care of my little guy.

We have been taking our dogs to Bagnell Vet for over 10 years now. Every one of the staff and doctors is very caring to all animals and very attentive and compassionate. I also take my dog to get groomed by Ian. Ian does a fabulous job with grooming my dog. He takes care and attention to ensure that my dog is safe and comfortable during the entire grooming process. Overall, we love this veterinary hospital and groomer!

We have been a part of the Bagnell Family since 1993, and that is how you are treated, like family. I cannot give enough praise or appreciation to Dr. Bagnell and his entire staff for taking such incredible care of our dogs over the years. We all love Bagnell Veterinary Hospital!
