I came in yesterday with a request for a retirement plaque for one of my employees. Not thinking it was possible, I asked Richard how long they thought it would take to complete this. They asked how urgently I needed it and I said the sooner the better. To my astonishment Richard advised tat it would be done by the end of the day. Later I came back and it was completed to my astonishment. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received at Columbia Awards. Thank you specifically to Richard for your outstanding customer service.

These guys went so far above and beyond! I had a rush order with no plan for a martial arts tournament the next day. They got me my medals, trophies, and even went so far as to find my gyms logo online and customize the products themselves. They turned out great! Thanks for saving me guys!

I’m thrilled with the ongoing service I’ve received here over the years. Always prompt and they provide their experience to make my requests better than I could hope for. The latest ask was medals for a school race. Not only were the medals affordable, but Richard added a picture to go with my words and everyone thought the result was great.

I want to publicly thank Richard and his colleagues at Columbia Awards for the thoughtful helpful service they provided. I requested engraving of an Arabic phrase on a broom handle (with tight timelines) an unusual request indeed. Richard made such helpful suggestions and in the end we decided upon the script being placed on an elegant applique. It looks wonderful. We also engaged in a lot of good natured banter about 'the broom'. They even made wonderful suggestions about how I might carefully ship it to its final destination in Toronto! Bravo team and my thanks!

Excellent communication and product. I just picked up end of the year awards for my child's team and they are a better quality than I expected for the pricing. The engraving is well done and they were a lifesaver to my procrastination. I highly recommend and will be back.
