The technician diagnosed the issue and fixed the problems with our treadmill in about an hour. He was professional and very helpful in terms of providing us with tips so that we can fix minor issues ourselves in the future. They were great. Answered my original email after hours. Explained the options. Made an appointment for the next morning. Tech showed up, explained more options. I left him alone. In 1.5 hours had everything fixed, no parts needed. This was for my treadmill. Fixed the stop button, lubed track and incline, cleaned the machine, checked everything out. Explained future maintenance ideas. I will probably call them once a year to do preventative maintenance for one hour charge. Thank you!!

My True treadmill kept shorting out. The technician from Fitness Machines Technicians figured out the issue, ordered the necessary part and once the part arrived installed the new circuit board. At all times they company was responsive and professional and I am pretty demanding when my treadmill doesn’t work. Highly recommend them.
