Sara the Camel
While passing through Glenboro I was surprised to see a statue of a camel. I stopped by the park for a rest break and really enjoyed a little history of ‘Sara’ and the wonderful towns folk waving as they drove by.

Sara the Camel
The camel statue (Sara the Camel Statue) is very neat. The location of this small park is very attractive and a good location to stop, rest and to straighten our legs in a bit before going back to the road. The park is spotless. Worth everyone’s time to stop.

A nice stop to take a break and get a photo with Sara the Camel. Located close to spruce woods park and the Spirit Sands desert trail it is a must stop if you’ve never been in the area.

While passing through Glenboro, 'Sara' caught my attention. I wasn't aware that just north of the site of this great monument is 'Manitoba's Desert'. Thanks to the community for making this rest stop a worthwhile location for a 'desert' after a light meal

A fun stop to stretch your legs. The grounds are well maintained, seeing how it's a natural pit stop along the highway, I was surprised there were no restroom availability here. But the little kids loved it.

Sara seems like a strong contributor to good health and is a big reason for the prosperity of the sprawling metropolis that is Glenboro. I wanted to give this 5 stars but the lighting made it difficult to get a clear photo of the homeless man I found sleeping there. He was very nice and excited to have his photo taken anyway.
