Dr Reese called in sick 30mins before our appt while we were on our way yet her policy is 2 business days in advance to cancel/reschedule else a $75 fee. So will all her patients that day get a $75 compensation now? Highly doubt it... Double standards...Her patience with younger kids are also questionable.

Dr seems nice, appointments are always running slow. Two stars because they do not allow siblings or strollers inside the office. They made me and my infant wait outside the office while my 7-year-old has been forced to attend the examination alone.

I found everything to run smoothly. People in front of office were nice and helpful and Dr.s were kid friendly and explained what they were doing and seeing.All info regarding office rules was emailed before hand so we knew what to expect.

My daughter has been going to Dr Reese’s office for 5 years. I have only seen Dr Reese for the first two visits. She was good. Since two visits ago, we spent more time waiting in the clinic (45min to 1 hour), the actual time spent with the doctor (Dr Sullivan) were only 10 minutes. She wouldn’t tell you anything unless you ask so I don’t think I will go back again. It’s a waste of time, plus it’s very difficult to find parking in the area depending on the time of day.

The doctor has completely no patience at all, gave no time to us to explain the symptom. Don't suggest anyone wasting time and money to see this doctor.

My daughter has a lazy eye". Her initial appointment was easy peasy and was very pleasant. But her second appointment was a different story. It was performed by another doc. I was told to arrive 15-30 mins early. The appointment was 30+ mins late. The doc gave her eye drops to dilate her eye. Then we had to wait another 30 mins before the doc could exam it. We went downstairs to run around. We come back and the doc was late again. The place was busy and packed! The receptionists looked annoyed and I was afraid to talk to them. When the doc called us in
