Once upon a time 12 years or so ago, I pulled out a crown with a Christmas toffee…on Boxing Day if my aged mind isn’t deceiving me. Dr. Rhonda was a replacement on call as my regular dentist was on holiday. Needless to say, I never went back to my former dentist. A huge welcome from Heather when you arrive and rarely a wait… and trust me, they probably know my voice on the phone as I have some issues! Oh and did I mention lasers? Yup… they use lasers more than the drill! Awesome medical services can be found at Primrose Dental!

Dr. Berthiaume and her team always makes me feel welcomed and right at home. I've had her as a dentist since I was a kid, and I think I'm the only person I know who enjoys going to see the dentist. It's like catching up with old friends because the atmosphere is so warm, and the people are so caring and friendly. I always feel like Dr. Berthiaume cares about my teeth and comfort more than even I do. It's a special feeling. I will be sad if this place ever closes.

I've been seeing Dr. Berthiaume for many years for my dental care. She's always friendly, honest, gentle & is thorough with getting the job done right, without rushing her patients or her work. I will continue to have my dental needs taken care of with Dr. Berthiaume for as long possible.All of the staff at Primrose Dental are welcoming & make patients feel comfortable (some people are terrified of the dentist).--Michelle Willms

Other than the fact I was seeing my Dentist, I continue to visit this Dentist because the entire staff is personal and professional. Then, I can't say enough great things about Dr. Berthiaume. Of all the Dentists I've seen over my many years, Dr. Berthiaume is the most gentle and pleasant ever! Thank You!!!

So kind, so gentle. Only dentist I've ever met who gives a needle without pushing it quickly and causing pain. Friendly staff. Quality work, the fillings I've had done here are the only ones I remember never needing adjustment or feeling uncomfortable when I bite.I'm so glad I found a good dentist, and I don't see myself ever going elsewhere again.

Well after what must be 20 years of having Dr Berthiaume as mydentist time for a review. Rhonda is as patient and skilled as I believe that you will find. She makes time to discuss and adviseon any dental procedure and even gives you updates during her work. I have never once heard her say Uh oh during a filling. Hercrew including her receptionist Heather function as a well practised team. Highly regarded and recommended.

Most of my life, I've had fear and anxiety of going to the dentist, I realized after todays visit, that i don't anymore, and I credit Dr. Berthiaum for that. Her and her staff are amazing.

I have been seeing Dr. Berthiume for over a decade now and have nothing but praise for her and her team. Dr. Berthiume and her staff always take the time to make you feel comfortable. I also appreciate the care attention taken for kids! My son started coming at a very young age to get his teeth cleaned and checked. Everyone at Primrose Dental was accommodating and professional but also kind and patient with him. The use of a laser makes dental work quick and almost pain free! I recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been seeing Rhonda for three years now. I have never had problems with my teeth my whole life except one filling until three months ago she said I had 7 small cavities. I went into get three filled and when I was there she noticed my old cavity fell off and failed to fill it and I have been in pain since and now 2 of them need root canals.
