These people are so petty that they closed my 13 year old account because I wrote a negative review of their downgraded service.They just reconfirmed that customers come second!We have been a Dollie’s customer for over 13 years. They downgraded their customer service to the point of no service! What a shame to see a good business going downhill and neglecting their decade old customers! I do not recommend. We are now using Farrell Enterprise “Farrell Pack” for all our moving supplies. They are located at 66 Barter Rd, North York and provides same day service.

Great company! If you’re shopping here, know that they have a price match policy. If you find lower prices on the same items from another store, tell them and they’ll match it. It’s great to get such good prices from a local company.

All the staff in our company had pain full experience working with Dollies and Boxes. EVERY TIME THE PROCESS OF PLACING AN ORDER AND THEN PICKING UP AN ORDER WAS A TURCHER. Especially the warehouse staff are very rude and insulted our drivers every time and for each and every pick up! cant believe we did not move to a much more professional , reasonable and pleasant company sooner! stay away from this company.

This place has changed a lot, for the worse. Can only order online (not even by phone?), need to wait a few business days to get anything, anything at all. Minimum orders, closes at 3pm, and also have a lunch time deadzone where they close up completely mid day. What else do you need to know? I want to support them because I have been, and it's local to me but i keep getting stuck going out to Mississauga where there's a business that makes shopping a whole lot easier.I know I am on the outside looking in, but it feels like they don't want to be there, and they hope you won't bother so they don't have to do anything. If I sound angry, know that I am actually just very sad.
