This gym is great if you're a beginner and need to find a safe zone that's only for women.I started 1 month and a half ago, and I'm very pleased with the place and location. There are enough machines and weights to use, the place is very clean as the staff often take time to make sure it's tidy and free of dust, germs, etc.It seems too small though, as after work from 4-6 PM it's very packed. All the treadmills are taken and usually people spend an hour or more on it.There was one rude worker with glasses, short dyed red hair and more curvy in size, I believe they've fired her, I don't see her anymore... so that's a perk! I was getting fed up with her obnoxious attitude and sneer comments to customers.At times, there are rude attendees, but these are easy to ignore. The staff also post up boards within the gym to remind people of their attitude and to not take pictures.If you're looking to train or simply lose weight, consider this gym. Take a tour and see how you'll like it.

Cancelled my membership as you can never get a timeslot, I try to book two days in advance and everything is booked solid. Gym is tiny, now with the equipment spread apart there is hardly much to use. Unfortunate that this is one of the only options in the area. Don't sign up right now if you want to waste your time fighting for a spot.

Seeing staff when you first walk in on their phones texting behind the counter, looking totally uninterested with the customers is totally unprofessional. The giggles and the chuckles after a customer enters the gym from these girls is also totally unprofessional. Even if it were to be an inside joke or not, some people will take that as an insult seeing as some people who go to the gym probably have self insecurities.The gym itself is amazing, very well kept, clean and it is a great environment to be in but the lack of customer service by some of the staff is honestly the reason why I will not be getting a membership.I’ve personally seen a single worker cleaning while the others were on their phones at the front desk. Not only is this not fair to the poor girl, but also not professional. Says a lot about who actually cares for the customers safety, certainly during a pandemic. Took a while for them to notice that someone was at the entrance waiting for their QR code to be scanned. One time the single worker cleaning came up to the front desk to let the customers in. Most of the time they were not engaged or interested in conversation with customers.There seems to be a lack of management with some of the staff. Not all the workers are like this and it’s saddening that such a good gym could have such a bad reputation because of some uninterested and unqualified workers. Management needs to step up and teach these girls proper customer service, it’s very damaging to the gym’s and the actual good workers reputation.

It’s not bad, enough machines for a full body workout. However during these covid times and with the regulations the rules aren’t very clear as to where you where a mask and where you can remove it as everywhere I go I see more than 2 people not wearing a mask.. have them completely off or under their chin. The staff walks right by or doesn’t bother monitoring this at all. I would expect better given it’s a small gym and it’s pretty obvious.

Ok gym. I need to update my previous review. I wished that they had an extra straight bar for plates. They have like two curl bars that I have never seen anyone else F'ing use like besides myself. And it so freaking frustrating to use it for certain workouts. As well as heavier weight in dumbbells. I find it tottally discriminatory that they think women can't lift heavy. And I'm not able to go to a co-ed one as I get triggered by males. Get a straight bar ...and I will change my review about this place.

The clerks has minimal understanding regarding the infection control &hand hygien and sanitary measures. They told me to take my water bottle with myself to the bathroom and put it on the ground and when I explained why it is not hygienic she answered they clean the floor frequenty! How they cannot understand you should not touch water bottle with the same hand you have touched the door handle & lock & flush before washing your hands with water & soap. It all happend when I left my water bottle on tje bench in the locker room to use the bathroom and my bottle was removed by the clerk from the area! In less than a minute. How can I trust the cleanness of the gym when they don't understand the principles of hand hygiene.

I love going to this gym! The group classes are really fun and the gym is well equiped! The staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming.

I have been going to this gym for a while now. I have seen employees come and go ( covid didn't help). Some new employees hide behind the counter on their phones while others do their job. I'd like to specifically give kudos to Sam. She is extremely friendly and very helpful. I couldn't help but notice with my visit in the recent weeks that it seems like Sam is one of the only employees that I actually see working.. greeting people as they come and go, walking around cleaning the machines and filling the paper towel machines when they're empty. Keep up the good work and great customer service Sam!

It works for what I need it for. I don’t really interact the staff, so I cannot comment on their level of service.My issue is that it is a small space with limited equipment. I would love for there to be one more Smith’s machine and one more squat rack as the current one is used almost exclusively for hip thrusts.When it’s busy, it’s hard to get to the equipment.Small complaint:They have moved the paper towel rack to awkward spaces… I have to go get paper towel over someone who’s getting a Hydro massage. it would be nice for them to rethink this.
