Had a bad experience here over a year ago, when I emailed to let them know I wasn’t happy with my service I got no response. Super unprofessional. Fast forward to now, I wanted to give them another chance. I booked in for a regular pedicure and extended massage. I asked for square shape with rounded corners which is standard shape for nails for a pedicure and The lady doing my pedicure ignored me or just didn’t hear me request them square and made them so round. My nails were already pretty short so when I asked her to make them more square after noticing how round they were, there wasn’t much to worth with. The shape after she went back to fix them ended up being worse and now my nails were crooked. The polish job is awful.. all pooling in my cuticles and just everywhere.. the massage was forgotten and then done once she had already polished, therefore she only massaged my legs. It was supposed to be 10 minute extended massage and it was 5 at the most. When I complained to who I believe was the owner he just apologized and told me he wouldn’t charge me for the massage even though the pedicure itself looked so bad... I was hopeful that this experience would be better than the last but honestly this was worse than before.. Super disappointed as I don’t take a lot of time for myself and this is what I ended up with.

Been going here for a few months for my nails and have been enjoying it! I have had a great experience with Tracy and Linh! The space is spacious and clean with no chemical smells.

Went in today for a walk in with a friend of mine and dip. Every employee was extremely friendly, our nails looked great. The man at the front was the nicest person ever! I made a point to tell them this before I left.Thanks again guys xox

It was my first time getting nails done and they were so nice and helpful. They even stayed abit late even when store closed to finish my nails and make them look awesome. The staff is awesome and I think the prices are fair.

Really enjoyed my experience at Sugar Beauty Bar. Tracy did my nails and I got acrylic with french tips. She was patient with me and very professional. At the end she asked if I wanted to get the regular top coat or a better one for an additional $10. I went with the regular one but I wish I had gone with the better one because Tracy had it on her nails and it was so shiny and pretty and I think it really elevates the nails.

Always a pleasant experience. Music is low key and no tv. I have a diefferent staff member each time, I always book last minute, and everyone is always nice. The gentleman at the reception desk is nice, easy to understand and attentive.

Highly recommend for dip nails. These sets are dip (acrylic) with extensions and regular polish. They grow out nicely and the regular polish with clear dip allows you to switch colours.Friendly and clean salon! I see Tracy and she’s great. Also enjoyed Angeliques arrive as well!

I got my arms sugared by Angelique, she was very nice and extremely attentive to the details. She was very focused and did an amazing job! I've been to many, many places for arm sugaring but she did one of the best, if not the best, jobs! The rest of the staff were very friendly and nice :)
