This walk-in clinic is very difficult to deal with. The hours are unclear on the Google listing which are different than the calendar times on the door. Listing all the Tuesday times and then all the Wednesday times on the voicemail led both myself and my partner to assume this clinic was closed all other days. Many times the automated message loops back to nothing. I feel sympathy for any elderly or cognitively impaired individuals trying to make an appointment at this clinic.

Trying to get an appointment at this place is non existent all I needed was a simple prescription refill and the won’t even do that over the phone with the pharmacy

Had a good experience and outcome at this clinic a few months ago. Dr. Dixon was professional and thorough as was the receptionist who booked my appointments. We live in Bridgewater and will be using this clinic, if necessary, in the future.

Getting hold of anyone is non existent. They have no one to man the desk to at least tell you if they're overbooked. Nothing shy of unprofessionalism. Better off not having a clinic then to have a number with no options or call back. I'm aware that our healthcare is overworked at this time but this is ridiculous. As per the message I call one hour before they open and no one answers. Either hire a receptionist to actually take the calls or unlist this number!
