Absolutely horrible service and terrible attitude from the owner Fei. She seemed very nice at first but after confirming my order and ready to make a payment, she argued that the cost went up and would not accept any form of payment other than cash or debit. She told me I’m a terrible client and she does not need my business because I ordered 3 months before I actually placed an order. But I can only place an order once my client confirms their order so I don’t know how that makes me a terrible client. It is normal to go in, take a look at what they have, go back to your client and present them with options, they choose and make a deposit, and then you order. She made me pay in full and when I picked up my order, she packed the wrong dimensions and was angry at me for her mistake. Will never go back for future projects and would never recommend her business to anyone.

Fantastic customer service, speedy production and very reasonable pricing. Ordered bar stools and they look exactly as pictured and are great quality. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend!

I purchased all new barstools and chairs for my restaurant and I am very happy with the quality. Pricing is very reasonable! Even with shipping cots from Ontario to Alberta I paid way less from ACQ as compared to buying comparable furniture locally in Calgary. Customer service is also great. I highly recommend and would purchase again!

I have purchased custom size booths, chairs and tables from them over the years and they have always been reasonably priced and great quality.

i purchased chairs in jul19 for a high volume restaurant. the staff were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. the chairs are high quality and very comfortable for a very competitive price. 3 months in, chairs are still in excellent shape and the customers love them. i would not hesitate to purchase from ACQ again for the next restaurant.
