I have a mechanical push scooter which my son broke, and I have been trying to figure out how to fix for months. I went to a bike shop, but they did not have the parts needed. They suggested I go to Western Equipment as that is where they purchased these sorts of things from. I came in with my sad, broken wheel, and two gentlemen on the counter immediately went to work inspecting, measuring and trying various things until they were able to fix it, and even put the wheel back on the scooter for me. They seemed genuinely interested in the puzzle of how to fix it. I was amazed at the level of customer service, and am thrilled that my little scooter is ready to roll!Thanks guys, you made my day!

I switched last year to Western E after a bad experience with Sunbelt, (where I bought most of my gas powered landscaping equipment) I switched to an electronic weed Wacker/hedge trimmer and blower. I had a bunch of questions about their new Stihl line and John had all the answers for me, I was pleased with his customer service over the phone. I can't remember the other guy, he's super friendly and seems very knowledgeable about the products. It can be a bit busy at times, there's only 2-3 of them upfront and line ups form fast.

Went in recently to purchase some safety equipment.Super clean, organized, and well-stocked store.Both clerks were polite and helpful. Had to wait a few minutes while they worked with some other customers, but got taken care of quickly after that.Seems like they are also well-stocked on tools, and next time I need a socket or wrench I will probably try here first.

Came in on 2 separate occasions dealing with 2 different people. First occasion I needed a fuel line and a pull cord for a old chainsaw. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable quickly found me what I needed. The second time I needed a flywheel nut and although they didn't have one for my vintage pioneer chainsaw; the gentleman went out of his way to determine the size and threading I needed so I could find it online. Really nice company with down-to-earth people working for it. I brought my 5yr old son in with me and bought him a toy chainsaw and the lady behind the desk found an old Sthil baseball cap for him and made him feel special.

I've been going here for a couple years for work and personal equipment and they are my choice for small engine repair and service in Victoria. Also Stihl dealer. They are always down to earth, no BS, no upselling - just solid advice and honest assessment. Never been overcharged. Often, the mechanic will call me and have sorted the issue for $50~ or so when I told them was willing to spend $100+. The one time they botched a repair job I took it back and they immediately fixed the issue no charge no questions and put me at the front of the cue so I could get the tool back into service ASAP. I've had them work on blowers, hedge trimmer, pole saws, consumer and pro chainsaws, etc.

My dad came yesterday and you guys blew his mind. The service is awesome. The professional way to run a business and staffs and services made everything was perfect. From bottom of our heart, we would love to say THANK YOU.

I have purchased from Western Equipment for personal use and for work for several years now. The staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable with all my requests. I have recommended their services to many of my co-workers and friends over the years and they all have been very happy with their services. I am planning to do business with them for as long as I can.

I own Gold Standard Hauling and Services we primarily specialize in roll off disposal bins and cartage. I have busted two heavy duty cables. And literally within 20 mins of walking through the doors Tyler is on it, fabbing up a new cable! His customer service is impeccable and he genuinely cares about getting me back out into the streets conducting business as per usual. Thank you Tyler for saving me not once, but twice! And the rest of the staff at Western Equipment.
