Stardust Drive In Theatre

Love having this available to enjoy. Could use some updates and parking lot work but worth every minute of your time to experience a movie on the BIG screen here

Finally, was able to try the drive-in theater. As an immigrant, I am skeptical about trying it since I am used to traditional cinemas. It was a fun experience since you have a sense of privacy in your vehicle and enjoy a movie on the big screen. If you are lucky, you can watch the movie under Aurora Skies. They have clean facilities and kind staff. They will offer headlight covers if your vehicle is a newer model that lights do not shut. You can buy tickets online, at least 3 hours before the show time. They only accept cash if you buy tickets at the booth or popcorn on-site.

Just like childhood, but better!A quick 1 hour drive out of Winnipeg is a hidden gem. This drive in theatre should be on your summer to-do list.It doesnt matter where you park your car or what size vehicle you have, the lot is designed so that everyone can see.You listen to the movie with your FM radio from your car. We were worried the car battery would die, so we started the car 2x throughout the movie, just to ensure it was running. Fear not though, you can go to concession and someone can help boost your battery!Concession was great! They had all the normal movie favs--popcorn, pop, chips, candy and more...and not at expensive movie theater prices!They have a washroom in the building with concession. I don't know how great it is, but it is there if you need it.People with trucks tend to reverse park and sit in their truck bed or at the back of the truck and watch, sitting in camp chairs.I'd definitely go again...and you should too!Admission is $8/adult and kids are free!

This is one of the best drive ins I’ve been toThe owners and staff are awesome people.They have full service campsites the owners will even stop and have beer with you. If Larry is making the popcorn it is the best you will ever have. You will throw away your microwave popcorn. This drive in is family run. There friends like to help them out The drive in is being going since 1963. If you camp here you are close to shopping and the beach.

Nothing stopped us from visiting Stardust, we drove all the way from Winnipeg. Kids had a blast watching Boss Baby. Helpful staff if you have any questions. Definitely a worth drive.

Went for a Sunday night movie to Spider-Man with 3 of my friends. All staff were so kind and the snacks were great. Will be back again soon.

What a fun nostalgic experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our tailgate movie watching evening. The food was hot and great menu selection, complete with buttery popcorn. Definitely worth the drive and will do it again soon for another fun date night!

Great experience! Staff were friendly, concession was well stocked with lots of hot (albeit mostly fried) options. You could even call in to place your order which saved waiting in line (phone line can get busy).A little improvement would be to put a tip of reminder to drivers on the sheet they hand out about vehicle light etiquette and how to turn your lights off.

Going to the drive-in was such a good experience We went here with a bunch of our family members and the staff there are so pleasant and so down to earth it really made the experience of going to a drive in movie so much better. Thank you to the staff for keeping this place open !! ❤️
