Enjoyed having my car repairs done at Melo. Went in for a tire change and while doing that the mechanics did an inspection of my car. When they found some repairs needed, Chris brought me into the back to see them with my own eyes. It's the first time I've had that happen and it definitely helps with trust for someone who knows little about cars.Chris quoted me (handwritten) on the repairs, and booked me for another date. When the repairs were done, Rob gave me the bill which was higher than the quote. I asked if he could break it down for me so I understood why, he removed certain costs without me asking so that it lined up with the original quote. Really class act as it's understandable to be off if things change when you actually get under the hood. Will be coming back to Melo

Excellent, fast, reasonably priced service. Just had a full set of brakes done and couldn't be happier about the speed of the work, the estimate, communications and lack of surprises. Will be back with my other vehicles.

As a woman, in 30 years of car ownership, I had always been aware of my gender when dealing with mechanics. And yes, I've been ripped off I can't tell you how many times. Not only is Melo Auto's work 100% reliable, their pricing is never overblown and they treated me like an equal, with genuine respect and always super friendly. I cannot recommend them more highly. There simply is no better, more honest mechanic in all of Toronto.

Amazing and trustworthy. I have a challenging 2009 Audi A5 and Chris’s crew always tackles the issues on budget and on time. Fixed a very annoying vibration and the car w/ 200k km literally runs like new. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It's tire changing season, but despite that Rob fit me in for a next-business-day emergency diagnostic because my nighttime running lights were not working on the left side of my car. He was fully booked but had pity on my situation and I greatly, greatly appreciate it.I came because of the 149 4.9 star review and I must say, it was like everyone here has reported.Rob was cautious not to overpromise, since the issue could be anything in the electrical system. Once they got under the hood, they found a bad fuse and got things squared away in 30 minutes. Charged me 50 bucks for labor and 2 for the fuse. I'm very happy with them fitting me in and what seems like very fair pricing to me.Will definitely use them again and grateful for their responsiveness. Thank you Rob and team!!

Chris and his team are truly amazing. I recently took my mom's 2017 Nissian Rouge to get checked out for a transmission issue. Chris determined the issue very quickly and we came to a quick solution to get my mom's car repaired. The staff was super helpful and honest. I highly recommend this shop to anyone reading this review. In my opinion they are the best automotive repair shop I have dealt with. Thank you very much for all your help!

The staff at Melo Auto won’t disappoint. They are friendly and helpful. You can count on them to keep your vehicle safe and on the road .
