By far the worst pedicure. All of us had unfinished nails, polish that was clumpy and pooling, cuts, nail lengths that were painfully too short. One didn’t even last five minutes after being finished and fell off.I couldn’t believe the finished quality of our nails.If you’d like proof, I can provide photos of each of us.I would think twice about booking here if I was you.

Best spa I’ve ever been to in my life. I had a one on one private session with Ese, she really listened to me and made me feel as relaxed as possible. The atmosphere is so peaceful I really felt at home. I got a manicure, pedicure, wax and massage. Never looked better, you won’t regret it.

When I moved to Brighton I was so happy to see what looked like a decent spa right in town. The booking experience was really weird as I had to leave a message and didn’t get a call back for quite some time. In I went and had a pedicure — she was so rough that none of it was enjoyable and the pedicure was very poor quality - uneven cuts/filing, polish not applied properly. Within days it looked terrible.I thought it was just one bad experience and would maybe give it one more try. Until I started to hear from others about similar experiences and realize that this is the norm. Suffice to say I won’t be going back.

Honestly. DO NOT ATTEND HERE EVER. It don't even deserve one star. Absolutely horrid, worst pedicures around. And honestly she's not any better at hair. She even stops half way through services to massage her other clients. Lady should be shut down with the amount of horrible things people have Said of her work. The reviews are awful.

Wow. Ese gives AMAZING massages!! I will be recommending her to all my friends/family in the area. I’m not from around here but would actually stop into Brighton again just to get another massage from her. So kind and friendly, she treats you like family. Excellent customer service.

Esa did amazing job dying my hair . Her prices are fair but my hair got the worse hair cut ever . First choice would have done better .I even called and she argued that she didn't cut much of that she just thinned it . Even tho there was a pile of hair on the floor after words , I can't even put my hair up know or do anything with it because it's so shirt and every part of my hair has a different length

I showed up two hours before closing (I called first) there was no one in the shop. I ask politely if I can have a pedicure, the lady says well I've had back to back today clients and I just want to clean the salon. Okay, so that's a no. She just looked at me no apology nothing. She said I could come back. No, I don't think I Will. I'll drive to Belleville or Trenton to get better service. How do you stay open if you tell customers they can't have a service while you're open?

Never going again. Got a Brazilian here and was left with a ton of hair, but more importantly I had none of the wax removed afterwards. She was nice enough to have me back in for a free clean-up, but that's the last time I go here.
