Dollarama

My spouse and I used to go here all the time up until yesterday they lost my business as I just left my stuff I was going to purchase in the aisle and walked out every time I go to this location and walk in the call security and he follows me and my family around the whole store this has happened to me and my family ever time we go in there since before Christmas. We'll enough is enough stop you profiling on your paying honest hard working customer... and I will be letting corporate know how they treat there paying customers.. I have or my family has never stolen from any store so why should we be treated in this manner

It's one of the best Shops in Canada. For people want to begging new journey in new land.

I'm not gonna lie most employees I've seen there are pretty rude and usually rush me to take my purchases off the counter after I've paid. Today an employee scanned an item of mine 3 times overcharging me, when I said something about it they lied and said they fixed it and when I walked out of the store the receipt said I was charged twice for the item. The other Dollarama's are good but I'm definitely not coming back to this particular location

Pretty large store with a large selection of items. My experience with the staff was good too.

Customer services very bad, don't mark the price on shelf, and no self check out counter, when you buy a new items watch carefully, they mark that, $5, $4, not DOLLAR STORE any more... Cheating store

Just had a terrible experience at this store! We went there with our three kids under 5 years of age. My son just had test done at the Victoria hospital so we took them there to buy some treats. Literally just seconds after entering the store the lady at the cash yelled at my kids “don’t run!!!!” While they were not running around the store just walking excitedly.Then minutes later another guy came and asked us VERY RUDELY to tell our kids not to be loud! We apologized and told him that we are trying our best to control them even though they weren’t screaming or anything. They were just excited to see the toys and were laughing playfully. They guy continued his rude behaviour with us. We told him we will quickly buy the toys and leave.The entire staff at the store was super rude and wierd. Will never be going back there again. Never experienced anything like this ever before. We really felt we were being racially profiled by them!

Store is clean and well organized.Shelves are well stocked with various selection options.Staff is absolutely wonderful!I recently had surgery and while shopping I had 3 stitches open up.Manager was kind enough to allow me to use the rest room because of my emergency situation.(bathrooms are closed to public due to covid)A female worker named Cali was exceptionally kind, helpful, caring and understanding.Cali was the worker who asked her manager about me using the restroom after learning about my unfortunate dilemma regarding the 3 stitches that had opened up.After using the restroom, Cali opened up her cash register to get me through the purchasing process quickly so I could go deal with my current situation.Then she went beyond any job requirement and carried my bags of purchased goods to my car.Again, her manager was kind enough to allow her to leave the building to help me.What a wonderful and refreshing demonstration of human compassion from staff ensuring amazing customer service at this exceptional level.Thank you Cali for proving there is still good, decent, caring people in this world.Dollarama is lucky to have you.Keep up the super amazing job Cali!

Usually well stocked but never any Hockey, Basketball or Baseball cards!! Order more in! Hey what if I wanted to buy a big box of cards or a case of Hot Wheels? How do I speak to in regards to this?

Love this dollar store eventhough now the price is increase
