Very unprofessional and inexperience, they helped my mom complete Canadian citizenship application and got rejected by cic. I called them million times and left message, no one replied AT ALL. Very poor organization, rather spend money to ask private sector to do the job.

Went there to get some help for resume and employment services in August. The consultant was busy, so we dropped our numbers. We dint hear back, went back again a week later, met the consultant at the lobby she was busy and said that she will call in september start. Still not heard from them. Also did not feel very welcoming.

Since last July, I have visited this Centre once a week for attending an interest class organized by a third party. Though I haven't received any of its service, I am quite impressed about it. First of all, the staff are nice and helpful. Second, it offers a number of courses to meet the needs of new immigrants as well as the community. These courses which I think are very practical. Last but the least, the setting is spacious and has many functional rooms for various group meetings and activities.

I am at LINC 2/3 in 2019. The teacher is Stephanie. I like her teaching method very much. She is organized, serious, patient, helpful and friendly. The English she speaks is standard, clear and easy to understand, and she does not say unnecessary things that are not related to the classroom. It makes you feel that you have learned something without the feeling of wasting time. Stephanie, I'm appreciate you given patient teaching to me.

Great place to play basketball. The youth worker there, Christe-Belle is very helpful and enthusiastic.
