I am very much disappointed about the quality. They don't know how to handle customer complaints. The girl was trying to show me the cup for measuring the milk and quantity of coffee while I was trying to tell her about the quality and taste that was not good.Be mature! You should learn. Do not sell until you learn some norms and good attitude to handle customers.

they are friendly but i'm not satisfied with their sanitation policy. I ordered sandwich and they did not wash their hands or use gloves. My last time visit the staff did the garbage task and customer came, she served the customer right away without washing her hand . Due to the pandemic i think this is the one we need to be aware when you're working at the food industry

They really need to get a new manager that understands customer service and isn’t lazy. It’s like she is trying hard to make sure people don’t come back. The young people working there are nice and work hard though. If the owners are wondering why sales are low its because the older lady is chasing people away!

Rude and ignorant. We went here for coffee and cake I have no complaints about the coffee or cake but the older lady working there was rude ignorant and really should not be dealing with customers I would avoid this place

My husband loves their Carmel Oat Milk latte! He says it's the best drink he's ever had - and that's saying a lot! We've never had a bad experience at this location. They are kind and very helpful!

Not a lot of speciality on the menu. Mostly basic drinks. This would be fine, if they could actually perfect the drinks that they do have. Disappointed with the drinks I've ordered. The latest was the Matcha Latte, and it was very watered down and just tasted like sugar. I have gotten their Americano as well, and again very watered down.I have gotten the coffee dates (baked goods) here and they're good.

I used to love their brewed dark roast coffee. But for some reasons, they switched their coffee cream (18%) by half n half (10%), and it doesn't taste the same. I dont get the logic behind this change. A coffee place not providing real coffee cream. Not coming here again.
