I can't say enough good things about UNRC. I have dealt with Arbe for both work related chair purchases and personal chair purchases. Each time the service was top notch, the product is excellent, and the prices fair. Arbe is very patient describing all the features and offers several options. I would recommend UNRC to anyone who needs quality desk chairs, cubicles and desks.

Great experience. I was looking to get an office chair and I specifically wanted one that was used. They showed me various options in my price point (on the low end) and I was able to try them out and find one I was happy with. All the options were great quality chairs. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the different features of each chair. Would definitely recommend.

This store has the biggest selection of office chairs with great pricing ranges. Our guide, Arbe, expertly helped me choose the perfect ergonomic office chair for me, and even helped vacuum the chair with no hesitation! They will not hesitate to bring out as many chairs as you like for you to test out all of them! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a premium office chair!Update: When my chair had a little problem, customer service offered to replace the defective parts free of charge (under warranty), but when I brought the chair into the store, they completely surprised me by offering to just give me a brand new model for no added cost (they would then send the old one back to the company)! This store really does have the best customer service out there - no other store compares!!

Great place to get an excellent desk chair to work from home. Not only do you get a great deal and reduce waste by going with very gently used, but you’re able to try lots of different brands and styles.The really friendly and helpful salesman helped my 6’0 partner and my 5’2 self find a great chair that was adjustable enough to work for both of us. It was a brand we’d never heard of and wouldn’t have ever thought to order online. We also really appreciated that we didn’t feel pressured at all - his goal wasn’t to squeeze us but to make sure we got the best chair for our needs. Highly recommend!

To say that I am a picky, detailed human being - would be an understatement. I kinda like the best of the best.Arbe at UNRC was not just fantastic, but a wonderfully honest person to boot. The experience was amazing, friendly and professional. I decided to go for the 3D Mesh of the tall Steelcase Leap V2 - which, IMO, far outweighs anything else out there. I can sit in this thing for hours. Love that it moves with me as I lean back - try it, you'll see what I meant.Thanks again Arbe.. probably wasn't a fun sale, but you completed my office.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with UNRC. Chuck and Arbe were very helpful in selecting the right pieces of office furniture for our new dispatch office. At no point in our dealing was there any 'high pressure sales tactics'. This was refreshing as at other furniture companies I've dealt with in the past that's all there was. Chuck and Arbe are straightshooters, and gave honest advice throughout the entire process. The installers were excellent too. They had a great attitude and nothing was any trouble. I would definitely use UNRC again.

You can find really good quality office furniture at a fraction of the cost here, and the service is top-notch. We furnish our whole school/office with their furniture, and couldn't be happier with it. Will definitely come backhere if we need anything else.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Arbi, they are open on sundays. Made my life so much easier, we spent a good hour trying to figure out the best option. We came to the conclusion that the stand up desk would be my best option. Luckily they had a corner desk in stock. I really enjoyed my time here. My wife loved it cause there was a Starbucks across the street.
